I now I live in DC because:

...I want to establish mandatory WALK (not stand) times on escalators.
...I want to ban rolling backpacks because they are EVERYWHERE and get in my way!
...It is 96 degrees on September 14th.
...Driving four miles takes 30 minutes and 28 stoplights.
...BAD drivers are everywhere.
...Target is out of everything.
